Synopsis: Boundaries have been established in human consciousness on the basis of popular mass concepts of good and evil, and these have maintained definite barriers to the ocean of life. Our concern is with the removal of barriers of mind still remaining. Their very presence has established deep-seated conflict patterns, because the deep internal drives cannot be fitted into the social structures man has built, and the resulting rebellion merely reinforces the imprisoned state. We need to be able to see the basic factors at work in the human psyche, so that we may act intelligently in relationship to symptoms in assisting people to connect with true cause.
