This Week's Quotation:
"The voice of my beloved! Behold, he cometh leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills."
~ Song of Solomon 2:8
Leaping Through Life

Jerry Kvasnicka, Wired for Love
Yes, I know that the current year is not a “leap year.” Nevertheless, I think there is a way that we can experience the sensation of leaping through life during this year, dancing to the “music of the spheres” in joy mingled with moments of ecstasy.
It all depends on where our minds and hearts are focused. If our focus is merely on the external world of personal circumstances and news events, then we may find it difficult to get off the ground emotionally and spiritually. But no matter what is happening externally, we live, move and have our Being in an internal world of Love, Light and Life.
Regardless of what our minds may want to tell us, this internal world is the Real World. Disconnected from the Creative Process of Life humanity has created an illusory world that no amount of human effort, even space ships that go to the moon, can lift up. And this false state is now alarmingly sinking under its own weight of chaos and calamity.
But we can overcome the gravity and inertia of the human state with the lifting power of Love. True, we may not be physically lifted off the ground, but we are internally lifted by the propulsion of Love whirling from our energetic Core.
Simply breathe in Love and breathe out Blessing. The more Love you breathe in, the more Blessing you can breathe out. Just this simple exercise is guaranteed to elevate you and your world.
About Open Windows
We, the authors of this blog, dedicate it to the transparent exploration of the world's sacred scripture and enlightened spiritual thought. We believe that the original inspiration of all faiths comes from a common source, named and revered in a myriad of ways. With that understanding, the innumerable symbols, beliefs, and practices of faith cease to divide. They become open windows to a common reality that inspires and unifies us. We find deeper insight and nourishment in our own faith and from the expression of faith from others.
We hope these weekly quotations and meditations speak to your heart and soul.
Thank you, Jerry. Do you remember back when someone’s car would break down and you would need to go to the nearest gas station to find a mechanic? You would have to ask someone passing by “Can you give me a lift?” I appreciate that in a different way we can both give someone else a LIFT spiritually speaking AND we can also be LIFTED UP by being open to spirit. We can come dancing in the presence of the Lord. Thank you for your encouraging, inspiring writing, Jerry. And thanks too to Rev. Berry Behr for epitomizing leadership work and faith within this field of Interfaith. Finally, for anyone reading this I always recommend any opportunities available on this site whether articles, books by David Karchere, on-line workshops, other blogs, and all opportunities to breathe in and out with love and blessings as you indicate. Love, Tom C.
Thank you Jerry for this beautiful reminder of the uncomplicated nature of Divine Design: just breathe in love, breathe out blessing. Such a simple but extremely powerful spiritual practice.
Thank you also Tom Cooper for your constant support and championing of the Open Windows blog and other Emissary offerings in the world.

Breathing in love, breathing out blessing. Another way of praying without ceasing.

Beautifully – so many friends have mentioned lately that they are practicing Breathing Love – for themselves and others.
