This Week’s Quotation:
If you but knew the meaning of His Love, hope and despair would be impossible. For hope would be forever satisfied; despair of any kind unthinkable. His grace is His answer to all despair, for in it lies remembrance of His Love. ~ A Course in Miracles, lesson 168
~ Luke 2:14
Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
Grace
At this time in human history, many of us are feeling overwhelmed by reminders of how much division there is in our world. Yet, that’s just a sign to remember that God’s grace is always available to us. I’ve come to recognize that when I’m lacking hope or feeling discouraged, it’s because I’ve forgotten to turn to the only true source of all that I need. Even when I don’t listen and get lost in fear and forgetting, God’s grace is there, ever available to me. And to you. To all of us.
All that is required of us is the willingness to allow God’s grace to flow into and through us. Whatever seemingly insurmountable issues or problems we may believe we have, God’s grace is accessible and will fill us the moment we are willing and open to receiving it.
Any time we feel discouraged, let’s recognize it as a glorious opportunity to strengthen our spiritual convictions. We can follow the cues of heliotropic flowers that follow the sun, never losing sight of its light. We must trust with certainty that our true state is our oneness with God and merely allow His grace to flow through us. That grace opens us to a deeper intuitive sense of how best to respond in any situation.
All of humanity is awakening to the future that’s trying to be born for the human race. As a result, many of us are feeling a strong calling to do whatever we can to bring that potential into our world—to express it, to model it, and to demonstrate it. Whatever life puts before us, may we seize it as an opportunity to enfold and evolve it in God’s grace.
Mindful Explorations
Are you confronting any issues that you are confused about how best to respond? Do they present you with an opportunity to ask for God’s grace to light the way through?
Beautiful, Terri! I’m going heliotropic.
Thank you, David. Me too! And I’m praying many, many others will too!
I am confronting issues of pneumonia and a kick from my young horse to the other shoulder and when I will get better. So I’m following the medical path and believing in my doctor who represents God (but shouldn’t be confused with being God) and today will see him and let him know I have questions 🙂
Bless your heart, Margaret! You will be in my prayers. I’d love to hear how you are doing in a few days if you get an opportunity to write again.
I am with the heliotropics . Another flower in our Spiritual garden ❤️
Lovely! Blessings to you, Jeannie.
Thank you Terri. Hurray for the activation of these wise words!
Thank you, Adelin! Happiest blessings to you.
