Annette Camp serves as the HR Coordinator at Sunrise Ranch and has been part of the community since 2019. Her passion for human resources flows from a deep alignment with Sunrise Ranch’s mission and a heartfelt commitment to the people who live, work, and serve here.

Annette believes that human resources is a sacred stewardship—one that goes beyond mitigating risk through policies, procedures, and guidelines. To her, HR is a practice of care, integrity, and conscious relationship, supporting Sunrise Ranch’s most essential asset: its people. Her vision is to advocate for all employees with compassion, respect, and fairness, while helping cultivate a workplace culture grounded in dignity, mutual responsibility, and spiritual purpose.

Born in Alabama and living in Colorado since 1999, Annette still carries her Southern accent as a reminder of her roots. She values meaningful connection, time in nature, and creative expression, and is grateful to contribute her gifts in service to a community devoted to awakening human potential and radiating love, wisdom, and service into the world.
