With all that is going on in the world, it would be easy to think that in general, we do not have the power to influence the changes going on around us. I hear so many people saying that they don’t want to watch the news anymore. And some say that they believe that everything on the news represents a clear outcome of what is going on and how things definitely are or will be, yet, as with any time of change, that may, or may not be true.
Yes, we do seem to be in a time of deep change and uncertainty, and much that is happening may feel unexpected and maybe even scary to some, while being welcomed by others. That is what makes this the perfect time to pay attention, assess what we are hearing, seeing, fearing, or welcoming, and then focus on keeping our own balance so that what we give out, is what we would like to create and receive.
When we take the time to imagine and think deeply about the world as we would like to see it, that energy alone becomes part of the creation of the future of our world and our lives. The evolution of humanity has led to our greater capacity to offer peace and grace and caring, to step up in those moments when we clearly can, and to hold life in grace. All we need to do is remember that response is always available to us—as it is within us.
We all have the opportunity to share the grace and the responsibility to hold in our intention the creation of greater peace, caring, love, and light.
