Anchored in Gratitude

Wishing you bountiful blessings this day we celebrate Thanksgiving in the United States. How perfect that Thanksgiving always falls on a Thursday—a day the ancient Babylonians designated a Jupiter day. (The Babylonians adopted a seven-day week due to the moon’s cycle and to correlate each day to the seven classical planets.)  

Jupiter’s energy will amplify whatever is the focus of our attention. Therefore, when we have an attitude of gratitude, it sets up a powerful field of auspicious energy. So let us sing a song of thankfulness each day in honor of the spark of divinity that animates all living things.

Now is always the best time to express thanks. We can choose to live as the spiritually empowered beings we all are. We can keep faith in the miraculous power of Love. When I find myself in a funk, I focus on all the beauty in my life. I reaffirm my commitment to be kind and compassionate to others, creative, courageous, and vision driven. Most of all, I give thanks for all the abundant godsends that bless my life.
