There are six apartments in the Accommodations Building. There are two 2-bedroom and four 3-bedroom apartments in total. Each apartment has its own bathroom, kitchen and living room that is shared with the other people in the apartment. If they are not used for facilitators for your retreat, we will sell the apartments per room or per bed so that participants would share the apartment with one to four other people. The apartment rooms are called either Single Apartment or Double Apartment, depending on the number of beds in each bedroom (see more information below).
Single Apartment Room: This is a private room in a 2- or 3-bedroom apartment. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared with the other people who also rented a room in the apartment. In most cases, you will share the apartment with other people attending the event for which you are registered.
Single Apartment Room: (1 bedroom, 1 bed) $215 for-profit / $205 non-profit per night, per person; includes meals.
Double Apartment Room: This is a shared room in a 2- or 3-bedroom apartment. There are only three of these rooms available onsite. There are two beds, a queen and a twin. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room will be shared with the other people who also rented a room in the apartment. In most cases, you will share the apartment with other people attending the event for which you are registered.
Double Apartment Room: (1 bedroom, 2 beds) $160 for-profit / $150 non-profit per night, per person; includes meals.
The rest of our Accommodations Building has communal bathrooms and showers. There are four wings in our building and each wing has multiple bathroom and shower options.
Single Room: This is a private room with a queen bed. You will not share this room with anyone else. The bathrooms will be nearby in the same hallway.
Single Room: $185 for-profit / $180 non-profit per night, per person; includes meals.
Double Room: This is a shared room with two beds, usually a queen and a twin, and rarely, two twins. You will share the room with one other person from your group. You can request a specific roommate or we will assign someone of the same gender to room with you. The bathrooms and showers will be nearby in the same hallway.
Double Room: $150 for-profit / $145 non-profit per night, per person; includes meals.
Triple Room: This is a shared room with three twin beds. You will share the room with two other people from your group. You can request specific roommates or we will assign people of the same gender to room with you. The bathrooms and showers will be nearby in the same hallway.
Triple Room: $135 for-profit / $130 non-profit per night, per person; includes meals.
Dorm Room: The Dorms consist of two separate rooms connected by a short hallway (one of the Dorm rooms has the two rooms connected together). One of the rooms has two twin beds and the other has three twin beds. You can request specific roommates or we will assign people of the same gender to room with you. To get to the shared bathrooms from the dorms, you will take a short walk outside under an overhang.
Dorm Room: $125 for-profit / $120 non-profit per night, per person; includes meals.
Second Person in Single: This is where two people share a queen bed in either a Single Room or a Single Apartment Room. The first person will pay the Single Room or Single Apartment Room rate, depending on which room type they are in, and the second person will pay $100 per night for the shared bed.
Sunrise Ranch also offers camping as an accommodation option. There are shaded camping areas within steps of the facilities in the Accommodations Building, and additional areas tucked under the trees near the garden. Campers should bring their own tent, ground cloth, bedding, and flashlight/headlamp; towels are provided in the Accommodations Building. Gear can be unloaded near the camping areas, but vehicles must be parked in the guest parking lot. Camping at Sunrise Ranch is a perfect way to connect personally with the magical beauty in our valley.
Camper: $95 for-profit / $90 non-profit per night, per person; includes meals.
Commuters are also welcome to attend events at Sunrise Ranch.
Commuter rates are: $78 for-profit and non-profit per night, per person; includes meals.
NOTE: Access to specific room types depends on availability, as other groups may be onsite at the same time. Participants can request to share a room with someone from their group, and every effort will be made to accommodate that. Specific room requests are also welcome and will be honored whenever possible.
