A big thank you to Sunrise Ranch for a beautiful catering job for a 90th birthday celebration.
From the ease of setting the event up through Kimberly to the fantastic presentation given by chef Barrett. We absolutely could not have asked for anything more perfect. The food was SO good. We chose Osso Bucco and Roasted Chicken with sides of risotto with asiago and basil, green bean almondine, a vegetable medley, garden salad with delicious homemade dressings. The tahini dressing was especially unique and amazing. Honestly, the freshness of everything was so impressive. Organic where possible, which makes such a difference. Oh…almost forgot to mention the beautiful poached saffron & honey pears with rice pudding. YUM. What a success!Most appreciated,

I usually do all of the food when my family has parties, but this year I wanted to relax and enjoy the party instead of being immersed in cooking. My daughter requested Belizean food and we certainly weren’t disappointed! Everyone at the party raved about the food from the Belizean chicken and rice to the plantains and the garnaches!!! The ceviche was amazing too!!!! Sunrise Ranch was very easy and pleasant to work with in every aspect — from the planning all the way through the execution. I will definitely be using them again in a couple of months when we have another party to host!!!!
