Step into a sacred space where movement becomes medicine. Join us for an evening of full-body freedom at Sunrise Ranch — an invitation to reconnect with your body, your heart, and the pulse of life itself. Feel the rhythm awaken something deep within you, and move in the way only you can.

This is a night to let go, to listen to your own energy, and to dance your way home to yourself.

• Doors Open: 6:15 pm — Arrive, breathe, and settle in

• Guided Movement Lab — Gently awaken and stretch your energy

• Opening Circle — Connect, ground, and set intention together

• Ecstatic Dance Journey — Move your body, free your mind, follow the music

• Closing Circle — Gather the magic and deepen your connection

• Sound Bath — Melt into pure sound and soul nourishment

• Close – 9:30 pm

• Where: Sunrise Ranch, 100 Sunrise Ranch Rd, Loveland, Colorado

• Investment: $20 at the door | $17 in advance

• Bring: A water bottle, comfortable clothes you can move in, and your beautiful open heart

• Come as you are — no dance experience needed!
