Synopsis: This is a consideration of the inner significance of the Shepherd’s Psalm, that the rightness and beauty of the divine design might be accepted. When it is, there is no need to want; for when the old human identity, limited and incomplete, is relinquished for identification with God, the Great Shepherd, all for which His name stands is shared. And such experience inspires others to let it be true for themselves. But each one must choose to accept the Shepherd; He will never impose His will. The divine design is outlined in this most beautiful Psalm, and it removes any excuse for failure.
