Exhibition and Booths

Local practitioners will have the chance to showcase their services, offer mini-sessions, and share valuable information with event attendees.

Featuring acupuncturists, herbalists, massage therapists, energy healers, and more, this is the perfect platform to grow your business and engage with potential clients.

Reserve Your Spot

Sign up early to secure your booth and enjoy prime placement at the fair!

Standard booths are $200 and include a 6-foot table with ample space and 2 chairs.

Looking for a smaller space? Half booths are available for just $100, offering a 3-foot area to share with a like-minded holistic vendor.

Please note, booth assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis, so reserve early to secure the best location.

What you’ll get with your booking

  • Your stand at the event with your choice of size, name, and number
  • Social media campaign for your business on Facebook and Instagram
  • Website advertising and listing from time of payment until 2 months after the event
  • Promotion through our suppliers tagging shares on Facebook twice before the event
  • Tagging in our show post after the event
  • Complimentary tickets for you and a friend worth $150 for social promotion

(We reserve the right to release your stand if no deposit has been paid.)

To reserve your stand, we require a 50% deposit payable within 24 hours of booking. The remainder payment will be due by November 30. After we receive the deposit payment, your details will be added to our website and social media promotion.

Workshops and Demonstrations

Are you interested in hosting your own private workshop or demonstration? Choose from a range of available spaces to rent for the day or just a 60-minute session. You can also offer a bespoke session by talking with our team.

Need a room for a private consultation or an individual session? Please contact us for details. Room rates begin at $120 for a day rate or $80 for a session price.

Small Sessions

Family Room

Day Rental: $250
Session Price: $130
Capacity: Family room is a comfortable space for small groups of about 20 people.

Aspen Room

Day Rental: $250
Session Price: $130
Capacity: Aspen Room measures 24 by 20 feet and is appropriate for smaller groups of about 30.

Medium Sessions

Rimrock Room

Day rental: $290
Session price: $150
Capacity: Perfect for breakout or main sessions for approximately 50 people, Rimrock has a variety of furnishing arrangements available. Adjacent to Green Ridge Room, Rimrock Room is an inviting 26-by-32-foot sconce-lined room.

Mountain View Room

Day rental: $375
Session price: $190
Capacity: This 30-by-55-foot meeting room has a stage and is perfect for a variety of meeting styles. With adjacent
and nearby breakout rooms, this space is conducive to a wide range of lecture, meditation or artistic formats. Circles of 40 can be accommodated, and theater-style and other kinds of seating possibilities bring the capacity up to 100 people.

Day rentals will begin at 11 a.m. and the last sessions start by 4 p.m. and end by 5. Sessions are a block of 60 minutes. Bespoke packages are also available upon request. Need to discuss? Please get in touch. We’d love to hear from you.
