Executive Chef Barrett Barth will create a beautifully tantalizing Valentine’s Day Dinner for you.


Amuse Bouche: Ahi Tartare with Sesame Mignonette, Won Ton Crisp

Soup: Coconut Pumpkin Cardamom with Hemp Seed Oil and Microgreens
Salad: Sunrise Fresh Greens tossed with Fruity Olive Oil and Aged Balsamic
Local Goat Cheese, Toasted Pecans, Pomegranate

Main: Cedar Salmon with Ancho Glaze and Cilantro Lime Aioli
Tamarind-Rubbed Filet Mignon
Eggplant Napoleon with Romanesco Sauce
Served with choice of Sweet Potato Rosti or Wild Rice Pilaf
Butternut Squash and Kale in Cashew Cream

Dessert: Apple Rose Tart with Fig Puree and Coconut Cream
Chocolate Brownie Sundae with Praline Sauce

(We grow our own “beyond-organic” produce in our gardens in the summer and in our greenhouses in the winter. We raise pastured chickens and grass-fed cattle.)
