Make Changes that Last – Learn to live a healthier, happier lifestyle
Are there changes you want to make in your life? Do you want to make that New Year’s Resolution for the last time? Discover how to change long term using modern psychology and ancient yogic teachings.
Yoga teaches that removing our destructive tendencies is the path to a happier, more authentic life. Yogic practices provide tools to get to the “root” of what drives our habits which create unnecessary suffering. Modern psychology informs these ancient practices, demystifying them, making them accessible and meaningful for anyone. The Yoga of Change will teach you the skills to make changes and make them permanent. Based on a careful combination of science, psychology and yoga, you will begin the journey to a happier, healthier you.
