Spring does bring regeneration as nature calls forth for birth and growth and new life cycles begin
And reminds us of a life once lived as love incarnate, that transcended death around to life again
I honor and celebrate that life example greatly given and embodied some few short millennia ago
Preserved and anchored into the grid so as to know what the spirit of humanity would one day show
Regeneration, resurrection, re-creation and unlimited, beautiful and creative forms of life being born
Happens in the empty, receptive space following death, dissolution and all attachments being shorn
Cracking the shell and melting the hardness, breaking through and opening space to let and to allow
The most heavenly and finest frequencies of love and life, existing in the moment eternally here now
Can begin once again to move right in, set up shop, become comfortable and make a home in the mind
Gently infiltrating dissonant patterns and perceptions until the spirit of creation is all the mind can find
As nature very gracefully shows… to release, dissolve and surrender clears the path and calls into play
The spirit of resurrection, fueled by Creator Love for life’s abundance to come forth and re-pave the way
Rich, full and vibrant; Love surrounds and soaks into the self, and life is seen again, yet with new eyes
Separated senses of Self fall away revealing the Wonderful One Within as powerful, loving and wise
Potently present, perfectly aware, peacefully perceiving being and existing in the patterns of perfection
A journey of ever ascending heights of inter-connective perspective, repainting the canvas of perception
Undulating waves of joyful reveling in the matrix of the mystery and knowing I Am in the shared creation
Kinetic, colorful, coordinated molecules of love dancing ecstatic concerts of harmony and shared elation
Another blessed soul awakens and the divine intelligence of nature surges forward in following her plan
Infinitely resourceful, wholly committed and ceaselessly working toward the conscious evolution of man

Peace, Be still, the Master does now declare
To the furious flurry of whirling water and air
I AM the commander of this ship and this sea
All the parts of my world center back unto me
Be still, thy turbulent winds and tempest waves
For thine is the temporary passing of darkened days
An awakened reality is revealed with clarity
In the calm, still center of a stormy humanity
With right orientation, the turbulence resides
And bright days are born when the Master presides
Thoughts and feelings pointed toward the divine
Now, already always the kingdom of God is mine
Live this day centered in an awareness of being
Look again from an eternal perspective of seeing
Surrender the thoughts to the great source of all
Watch the Maya melt as the veils of illusion fall
Release emotional attachments in order to feel
The joy of knowing the truth that only love is real

In recent weeks there are several people leaving the community for various reasons. Our internship program is winding down. It’s time to put the garden to rest, and dear friends are following their journey to other lands and new adventures. Such is the transient nature of living in community. And while the internship program is designed in this way, where people come for a time, we take them into our hearts and homes, and then we let them fly free to spread their wings and share their talents with the world, it doesn’t make it any easier each time we say goodbye. Each person that has entered my life remains tattooed forever on my soul. I will remember each one, think of you fondly and often. Over time, the memories fade and fill with new arrivals and possibility; such is the nature of cycles. They begin, and end, and begin again. The fire of the harvest gives way to the creative void of winter, ready to be filled in due time. Be patient, let things rest. Let life evolve as it will. Don’t try to have too much control in the outcome. Just after the longest darkest night, life will begin to emerge anew, fresh, waiting to spring forth into a birth of growth and aliveness. For now, I bid you all adieu and enter the resting time, grateful for the quiet knowing that the next cycle is just around the corner waiting to emerge.
Oh dear friend,
Our time once again has come to an end.
For now it is goodbye,
But not for long.
For I’ll see you in our next voyage!
Will it be in this lifetime, or the next-
The Great Mystery knows.
And I know I can always find you
Where the wildflower grows,
Where the ocean meets your toes,
Where the union of our souls
Joins us forever, beyond space and time.
And somewhere deep inside I know
That we were never separate to begin with,
And we never will be again.

Rest daughter
In the winds that are.
Let your atoms find their alignment
In the tossing vortexes of fluid life.
Say not to your meandering paths, “be straight”
or familiar, or even safe.
For that is failure in disguise
of security.
Desperation to keep things familiar
or unchanging
or safe in your eyes
or “right” in your mind
Is not what we use to keep the Garden.
Growth is growth.
Evolving creation is the only way
For us to extend the edge forever
and ever
Into greater beauty
and richer love
A woven continuum of truth.
Complex, perhaps but overflowing with possibility
of infinite energy.
A way of many paths
Freed of impositions
Guided by the sovereign soul.
Yes complex, perhaps
But second to none
in true wonder
and majesty
For Great Ones reveal magical colors,
unfettered capacities,
and boundless love
Inherent in their essential nature of eternal being.
In this there is no greater celebration
or measure of success
For the cosmic engineers.
And it follows that,
in all that is thought
There is no greater crime
In cosmic reality
Than the Great Ones limited
in true expression
Or bound in any way.
Lift up, therefore,
All beings everywhere.
Raise the hand of your kin!
Lift up, honor, encourage,
Acknowledge,
All those with whom
you enter conversation.
Let the grass beneath your step be lit
With the passion in your care
And even those you’ve never met
Hear your voice in mystery say
“I see you coming!”
Then may you see them
Great and small
Rise to take their place as gods and goddesses
In a dream that is true
Lifted up into this new day
Of liberated consciousness
The reality of flesh and spirit reconciled!

The fact that I like apricots now is a testament to the idea of transitions and how they rise and fall.
It is a testament to continual learning, and understanding how our senses are able to perceive things.
The fact that I like apricots now is a testament to the notion that little hidden secrets lay around corners. It is a testament that sweet love lives.
I like to think that evolutionary speaking comedy has stuck around because laughing becomes an advantage when natural selection comes around picking its dodge ball team.
The way laughter vibrates is omnipotent. She has momentum and fire inside her capable of making the best out of the hardest situation. However, the intention is best received when it is sent with care, not harassment or jealousy. For then she is able to reach her highest potential and nourish the soul.
How can I write with music you ask
It ebbs my flow and flows my ebb
I answer
I ponder
Then I sip, as the bird soars
microorganisms live, this I know now
encouragement prospers and warriors are made.
It’s so beautiful to look out and feel so many kind stars glowing back at you, whispering “I believe in you”
I see horse tooth
Gun shots echo
The green splotches hit a ridge with a force depicted only in comic books
The caresses caress an ecosystem complete in its own right
Influenced by the minerals of tomorrow
Shadows are said not to be seen in dreams,
Then why can I see them now?

Welcome to the moment, this is where I live
The present of the moment is the gift that I give
I gladly left the past behind me, never once looking back
To find an abundance beyond the limitation and the lack
Without the boxes and borders of the “me” I used to claim
I realize there is more to me than this body and this name
When I have let go of “the story” and my personal identity
I release my habits, patterns and outdated concepts of me
There is a presence beyond it all that lives deep inside
That comes alive when I decide that the ego identity has died
Releasing the busy thoughts that bounce around in my head
The still, clear space is available for me to hear what spirit said
The love of God is revealed with the sound of a voice so tender
Reminding me the way back home is through simple surrender
Without a past or a future, in this present moment I will find
That I am aligned with love in my heart and truth in my mind
The presence of Holy Spirit reveals itself and Thy will is known
And I become the channel for the seeds of God to be sown
This possibility exists in every moment waiting to be manifest
I invite this presence for my world and life to become blessed
Teaching and inspiring with the gifts that I give
Welcome to the moment, this is where I live

How can we live a just life when there are false systems of value? No wonder we human beings don’t get along. Varied systems of value cause conflict and nobody understands anybody else. We mess with stuff too much. Nature is showing us how we have taken undue advantage of our dear Gaia. Catastrophic climate changes and natural disasters are an everyday occurrence. What do we humans do? We make value-less perceptions and judgments. We find a person, an organization, a spouse, a company, someone or something to blame. This creates separation big time. We live in isolation because of our belief systems – self imposed as well as those based in familial and societal “shoulds”. No wonder we are lonely!
How much longer are we going to lie and deny? How much longer are we going to live a self-centered existence, where it is all about doing and getting.
I don’t know about you but I am ready for that SHIFT in consciousness. If we don’t wake up soon there is going to be nothing to wake up for. The fires in Colorado have been intense and rains and winds are in the east. Talk about out of balance. Nature is just being herself. When the clouds get heavy, she rains. When the beetle kill needs to be taken care of, she takes care of it. No endless hours of meetings. No brain storming. She just expresses the truth and the job gets done.
I search for the true value on earth. Life on earth wasn’t meant to be an over abundance of stuff and addictions to bodily concerns. Where and when did we lose our drive for creative fulfillment? The animal kingdom knows better. Nature can only express the truth. We humans drain ourselves with overstimulation, overspending, and overdoing. Not so the birds.
Birds Don’t Brag About Flying
-by:Tukaram-
Birds
don’t brag about flying
the way we do.
They don’t write books about it and then give
workshops,
They don’t take on disciples and spoil
their own air
time.
Who could dance and achieve
liftoff with a bunch of
wackos tugging
on you?
Does it seem of value to differentiate between what is Human Nature and God’s Nature? It does for me. When I allow love, truth and life to come through me, I am filled with God and I will never be alone. It is wildly authentic to be God-centered instead of self-centered. It is better to give than receive. Instead of feeling life is short-lived, it becomes eternal. Instead of living in isolation, freedom reigns. Make this 4th of July a memorable one of true value.

While living in rural Maine, she held spiritual retreats. Her peaceful cottage by the sea was a perfect place to be shared with others. Here she provided a place to be still and encouraged all to see the wonderful one within. In March of 2011, she moved to Sunrise Ranch in Loveland, Colorado and enjoys sharing time with parents in Maine and sons in Colorado. She entered the Full Self-Emergence Program at Sunrise Ranch. She also studies with her spiritual teacher Megan Don. Creative expressions springing forth from the mind, flowing from the depth of the love of imagination.
Splashing together through color and form creating collages of sizes and shapes as perceived coalescing into a picture born from inner sight.
We move and merge together creating substance.
Viewed from the eyes of another as art and beauty,
An excitement rooted in peace as each individual finds their own unique form of creative expression.

It has to end somewhere. It has to end sometime.
It can end here. It can end now.
Like a horse running rampant with no one at the reigns,
The servants have their way with the house
While the owner’s kept in chains.
Spring free! Break out!
Let it all hang out.
Be the Master! Be the King!
Be the greatest you’ve ever been.
Put thy house in order and reclaim the throne,
Be ye not afraid to stand alone.
No more idly sitting and watching from the side,
Wondering what if, yet having never tried.
Be the person you’ve always wanted to be,
Standing strong like a mighty oak tree.
Too much time spent boxing my shadow,
Fighting to grow, seeking to know.
When the light is outside, the shadows exist.
Ownership given away, and a lesson is missed.
When the light is inside, the shadows are gone.
My nights become short as my days become long.
Stepping out, standing up, Waking from my slumber.
Moving toward what’s real, up and down, over and under.
Choice and Commitment, the Law and the Way.
Love, laugh, live, listen and pray.

So now the time has come to start
Truly giving and living from the heart
The key here, now and always, is love
So decreed by the heavens above
The hierarchy, existing in the mind of The All
Beckoning through vibrations in the form of a call
Step into your many bodies and learn how to feel
Move deep within the Self and continue to heal
Anchor yourself in the deep, still center
Inner Connection is the true guide and mentor
Follow the guidance that is given and the wisdom that is taught
Familiarize the Self well in the world of feelings and thought
Step in and answer the call, do not delay an hour
Be open to the urgings to find your inner power
And as you awaken more and more each new day
Fully enjoy life while walking the narrow way
A mighty work is called for, an unfolding to be
The truth is clear and present, for those with eyes to see.
