Though we may find some minutes for ourselves here or there in our day, it’s vital that we gift ourselves now and then with an entire weekend or week apart in retreat. Retreats provide a time to stop the busyness and responsibilities that fill our normal lives and truly rest. We find that we return to our daily lives with more passion, ease, and balance.
